In this workshop you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice for stress reduction and explore the benefits of a deeply rested body/mind.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful sleep based meditation designed to create profound relaxation response and balance excess tension in the body and mind. It is one of the easiest and most accessible meditation practices— you just lie down, close your eyes and follow the simple instructions which allow you to rest deeply and restore your energy and focus in a short period of time.
