Rest and Renewal

What: Winter is nature’s invitation for deep rest and hibernation. For slowing down and going inward. Modern life often goes against Nature’s wisdom invitations. Most often we arrive at the threshold of Spring feeling depleted, burnt-out and overwhelmed. This 3-hour retreat is an invitation to rest, replenish and reset to move you toward your most relaxed, renewed and uncluttered self.

Who: Anyone who longs to deeply rest, and re-set and to reconnect with their true essence and uncluttered self.

How: We will gather to create and sustain a supportive community using the circles of trust approach. We will practice evidence-based practices like sleep-based meditation (Yoga Nidra), poetry and journaling and explore the inner landscape in the company of others as we rest, reflect and share.

You will leave feeling rested, deeply nourished and with an expansive capacity for self-compassion.

Please bring your journal and wear layers and comfortable clothing.

When: March 8th, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
